What we collect
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we keep your email address. That is the only personal data we hold about you.
We use privacy-respecting analytics (no cookies, no fingerprinting, no third-party tracking pixels) to see which articles get read. We do not know who you are as an individual visitor.
Our AI assistant
The search and retrieval happens entirely in your browser. Your question never leaves your device for that step. When you send a question, we forward it to our inference provider (Groq) for the answer. We do not log or retain your questions. Groq states they do not train on or retain free-tier requests.
Our newsletter
Our newsletter delivery is handled by Beehiiv, who store the subscriber list and send the emails. They operate under their own privacy policy.
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link in the footer. One click removes you from the list. We will not resurrect old addresses.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your email address
- We do not share it with third parties outside of our sending tool
- We do not use targeted advertising
- We do not profile readers for remarketing
Your rights
You can ask us to delete your data at any time by replying to one of our emails or writing to hello@aucrystals.com. We will confirm within a week.
